Feeling  Too Old or Too Late?

Feeling  Too Old or Too Late?

By Mary Lyn Miller

Ever Feel Too Old or Too Late?

I certainly have.

That whisper of “Who do you think you are?”
That tug of “It’s too late now…”
That cultural myth that reinvention has an expiration date.

But don’t be fooled.
It’s not true.

In fact—some of the boldest, most purpose-driven ventures begin after 60.

🎨 Artist Carmen Herrera sold her first painting at age 89—after painting every day for decades in obscurity. She lived to 106 and kept creating until the very end. Her work now hangs in major museums.

💼 Fashion icon Vera Wang didn’t design her first dress until she was 40—and built a global empire after others said it was too late.

📚 Author Laura Ingalls Wilder published her first of several “Little House” books at 65. Her entire writing career began at a stage when many slow down, and yet she just began and her passion flowered and became a beloved tv series spanning over 10 years.

So here’s the truth:
You are never too late.
You are just getting started.

What can you do now?

  • Revisit a long-held dream you shelved.
  • Learn something you’ve always wanted to explore.
  • Start small—but start.
  • Surround yourself with people who believe in possibility.
  • Set up a free consult to see how to take a next step forward.”    You’ll see it not that hard.
